WEDDINGS
MAGLA has become a band of choice when it comes to weddings, boasting a versatile mix of Croatian, English and Italian* music.
The band has a … “your wish is our command" mentality, which may sound tacky, but is practical and sensible. This flexible attitude allows you (the couple) to have control of the song selection process, while others may simply trust and enjoy MAGLA’s choice of songs for the night.
With years of experience in weddings, MAGLA can earn back those precious minutes usually lost in the night, with some time-saving advice at reception centres. The Master of Ceremony service is also included.

‘UNPLUGGED’
Need something more tame and casual with a relaxed atmosphere?
Playing unplugged is something that MAGLA have introduced into the Croatian community.
It’s the perfect and alternative source of live entertainment for the smaller, more intimate events such as birthdays, dinner parties and cocktail nights.
What does ‘Unplugged” mean?
‘Unplugged’ is a musical slang term which means an arrangement or performance that does not feature electronic modification of the sound.
Typically, bands use electric guitars and keyboards/synthesizers that use many different sounds to help shape and change songs. Playing ‘unplugged’ (or acoustically) would mean striping the instruments back to their raw form. i.e. using acoustic guitars instead of electric guitars, and pianos and organs instead of synthesizers. A real piano and organ would be ideal for MAGLA, but highly unlikely due to transportation difficulties. Who knows, maybe one day…….until then, the classic keys feel is left to the electric piano and Danny's capable hands.
Obviously, the band still needs to play through a sound system to project the sound.
